The track start is at the town entrance. Kassandria is positioned in the center of the Kassandra peninsula and is the municipality center, while being the largest village of the peninsula. It’s the cultural, commercial and administrative center of the area and local activities include the Folklore Museum of the local Cultural club with their dancing groups, the municipal auditorium, the town band and the most notorious festival is the one of Siviri, taking place every year at the Siviri open theater. One can relax at the town center, by the fountain and chill out under the old plane tree.
The track starts:
1. Walking through the central pedestrian walk with the shops
2. Reaching the traffic lights.
Start by heading to the traffic lights.
2. at 110 m turn left on the junction of the road Kassandria - Siviri (wpt 2)

3. At 210m turn right downhill (tarmac) at the junction to Kipsa (Sani), by the Health Center of Kassandria (wpt 3)

4. at 450 m at (wpt 4)

Turn right keeping on the main road.
5. at 3,54 km at (wpt 5)

There is a junction:
1. Left to Elani and Siviri
2. Straight to Kipsa and Sani (there is a road sign).
At this point one has reached the chapel of Agios Georgios.
Turn left to Elani – Siviri, leaving the tarmac for gravel.

Turn left uphill and stay on the main gravel road.

Viewpoint to Olympus. Keep straight on the main gravel road. You will meet tarmac road after 1,5km.

Continue across the triple junction, straight to Elani. There is a road sign, since it’s the start of the village.

While in the village of Elani, there is a junction to our left (to Akrotiri). We continue to the left downhill to Siviri.
Attention! It’s a narrow tarmac road with poor visibility at 2 or 3 points.
10. At 7,18 km at (wpt 10)

Keep slightly to the left on the main tarmac road.
11. At 7,46 km at (wpt 11)

There’s a small junction, keep straight downhill to Siviri.

At the junction:
1. To the left leads to the main road to Siviri (main village entrance) and
2. to the right leads to the seaside of Siviri.
Turn right.

At the junction, keep straight to the beach.

At the junction keep straight and slightly to the left.

At the junction turn right to the beach.
16. At 9,05 km at (wpt 16) (alt. = 1m) Siviri beach lies to our left.
Siviri is a coastal village that has developed in the recent years, there are rooms to let and hotels. It’s famous for its restaurants, the quiet and green nature and the lovely beaches.
Along the coastal road cafes, bars, restaurants, fish taverns and pizzerias can be found, where you can enjoy yourself looking at the sunset. Siviri’s most famous place is its amphitheater, with a lot of happenings, concerts and theatrical shows. It’s well known even beyond Greece as “the Cassandra Festival”.
