The track start is at the town entrance. Kassandria is positioned in the centre of the Kassandra peninsula and is the municipality center, while being the largest village of the peninsula. It’s the cultural, commercial and administrative center of the area and local activities include the Folklor Museum of the local Cultural club with their dancing groups, the municipal auditorium, the town band and the most notorious festival is the one of Siviri, taking place every year at the Siviri open theater. One can relax at the town center, by the fountain and chill out under the old plane tree.
The track starts:
1. walking through the central pedestrian walk with the shops
2. reaching the traffic lights.
Start by heading to the traffic lights.
2. at 40 m at (wpt 2)

Turn left at the crossroad.
3. after 110 m (wpt 3)

Turn left and pass in front of the new church of Kassandria.
4. at 380 m at (wpt 4)

There is a crossroad where:
1. to our left there is the main square of Kassandria with the old plane tree, it’s also the finishing point of the central pedestrian walk.
2. we turn right towards the town exit.
5. at 400 m at (wpt 5)

Keep straight uphill at the triple junction.
6. at 600m at (wpt 6)
(alt = 45m)
Keep slightly to the left, towards the town exit.
7. at 850m at (wpt 7)
(alt = 43m)
Keep left uphill.
8. at 1,53km at (wpt 8)

There is a sign at the junction:
1. left for Kriopigi, Paleokastro and Kassandrino (tarmac).
2. right to Agia Marina, Fourka (tarmac).
Turn right to Agia Marina, through the woods.
9. at 3,92km at (wpt 9)
(alt = 70m)
The church of Agia Marina. On the July 16th, a festival at the square of Fourka takes place, with traditional music and dances, by the local cultural club of Fourka.
10. at 5,10km at (wpt 10)
(alt = 48m)
There is a sign at the junction:
1. left for Kassandrino (tarmac)
2. right to Fourka (tarmac).
Turn right to Fourka.
11. at 5,99km at (wpt 11) (alt = 40m ),
The central square of Fourka and the main church of Three Ierarchs, designd by the local architect Xenophon Peonidis.
Keep moving on tarmac, heading to the village exit.
12. at 8,35km at (wpt 12)

Continue across the junction with the road Kalandra – Kassandria, towards Skala Fourka.
13. at 8,93km at (wpt 13) (alt. = 1m) the main square of Skala Fourka
The local beach is of thin pebbles, has a wonderful sunset and the place has numerous fish restaurants, famous for their quality, plenty of accomodation choices and cafes, bars and nightlife.
