On the road Thessaloniki – Kassandria we turn to either:
1. Kallithea and then to Pefkohori – Paliouri, or
2. Kassandria – Siviri – Agia Paraskevi - Paliouri

track start is at the main square of Paliouri.
The village has small cafes, restaurants, rooms to let and local honey and cheese can be bought from their producers. At a 8km distance to the North, there is the spa and thermal baths facility of Loutra of Aghia Paraskevi, while to the south on the beach, there are hotels and beach bars.
Start by following the paved street.
2. At 90m at (wpt 2)

turn right on the paved street.
3. After 93 m (wpt 3)

turn left on tarmac.
4. At 150 m at (wpt 4)
(alt = 135m)
turn left on tarmac.
5. At 230 m at (wpt 5)
(alt = 132m)
turn right on tarmac.
6. At 290 m at (wpt 6)
(alt = 132m)
turn right downhill (on stone paved street) and keep on the main gravel road. There is a sign to Kryoneri and Avlaki.
7. At 2,80 km at (wpt 7)

turn right uphill and stay on the main gravel road.
8. At 3,14 km at (wpt 8)
(alt = 34m)
turn right uphill and keep on the main gravel road. (attention: there are stones for a few meters).
9. At 3,47km at (wpt 9)

keep straight downhill on main gravel road.
10. At 3,62 km caution: an ascend with loose rocks for 150m. Keep straight on the gravel road.
11. At 4,11km caution: a descend with loose rocks for 130m. Keep straight on the gravel road.
12. At 5,06km at (wpt 10)

turn left downhill.
13. At 5,93 km at (wpt 11)

there is a junction where either:
1. By turning left you get to the beach, or
2. Continue to the right uphill, without leaving the main gravel road.

viewpoint, watching at the Geomorphes (Palatakia). Keep straight.
15. At 8,87km at (wpt 13)
(alt = 98m)
viewpoint over the Aegean Sea and main Greece.
16. At 9,29 km at (wpt 14)

a triple junction:
1. To the left you reach Skala, a rocky area which requires caution.
2. Downhill to the right, the gravel road continues and meets the road after Skala, where they join just before the beach and
3. Uphill to the right leads to the hilltop.
Follow no2, downhill to the right.
17. At 10,46 km at (wpt 15)

downhill to the left, keep on the main gravel road, you will come across rocks on the way to the beach.
18. At 11,79 km at (wpt 16)
(alt = 10m)
at the junction:
1. The road from Skala joins from the left and
2. Straight on leads to the beach.
Keep straight to the beach.
19. At 12,30 km at (wpt 17)

turn left downhill at the junction and after 2m turn right, keeping on the main gravel road.
20. At 13,39 km at (wpt 18)
(alt = 34m)
turn right staying on the main gravel road.
21. At 13,53 km at (wpt 19)
(alt = 44m)
the main junction with the road Agia Paraskevi – Loutra of Agia Paraskevi (tarmac), turn left to Loutra of Agia Paraskevi. Attention! For the next 390m we are moving on the main road and there is no pedestrian walk to either side
22. At 13,92 km at (wpt 20)

turn left uphill at the main junction.
23. At 14,19km at (wpt 21) (alt = 36m)
the end of the course. We’ve reached the thermal springs and the municipal baths and spa of Agia Paraskevi, where one can enjoy the indoors and the outdoors swimming pools with the thermal water, which offers treatment to various physical issues. Massage, hamam, Jacuzzi and spa are also available.
The village of Loutra has many rooms to let, hotels, lovely restaurants and bars, for a joyful walk around.
