The beginning of the route is in the central square of Nea Fokea and we climb the asphalt road to the exit of the village.
The village has rooms to let, hotels, cafes, taverns, and you can find local producers of honey and tsipouro. Only a few meters to the beach are the famous sights of the village.
A. THE TOWER OF NEA FOKEA - AGIOU PAVLOU (1407) It is stone, with a height of 17 m and is the only one in the area that survives to its ramparts
B. THE HOLY SANCTIFICATION OF SAINT PAUL According to the story, Apostle Paul rested at this point in order to be saved from his persecutors. Apostle Paul is the patron saint of Nea Fokea and in this place every year on June 29th takes place a holly feast.

on the main asphalt road that takes us out of the village and continue our journey following the road right through the fields to meet the main asphalt road of Nea Fokea - Thessaloniki.
3. After 2,15 km (wpt 3)

we will meet a junction (after the dirt road ends) and continue our route to the left following the asphalt road towards the large bridge a few meters to the left.
4. Continue our route following the main asphalt road until at 2.88 km we meet (wpt 4)

we arrived at Nea Potidea and we see the church of Agios Georgios. We continue on our way downhill.
11. At 11.62 km we will meet (wpt 11)

and reach the intersection of the primary school and turn right to continue our way.

has an intersection and we will continue our route left to the Nea Potidea Canal.

has a junction and we will continue our way right alongside the Nea Potidea canal.

has a view point of the canal. The Canal joins the Thermaic Gulf with the Toroneos Gulf.

below the great bridge and the beginning of the Nea Potidea Canal.
A few meters away is the beach of Nea Potidea, which is washed by the Toroneos Gulf.
